As Secretary, I learned the importance of organizational structure, purpose & intent of our bylaws and P &Ps as well as the importance of clear communication.
As Treasurer, I developed a deep understanding of financial stewardship and the strategies needed for long-term financial vitality.
My tenure as Vice President strengthened my leadership skills, fostering a broader vision of how to drive our mission forward.
2024 has been particularly impactful as I have the privilege of serving on key councils and committees, including the Legislative Management Team, the Legislative Council, NABIP PAC, and Delta Force. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the intricate policy work we champion and the strategic collaborations necessary to strengthen our profession and protect our members' interests. Being part of the Legislative Management Team and NABIP PAC has sharpened my advocacy skills and equipped me to navigate complex legislative landscapes while supporting the Delta Force has solidified my belief in developing the next generation of leaders.
As we 'Race Ahead' into the future, I am ready to guide NABIP with a forward-thinking, member-centric focus. My vision for the presidency is clear: to ensure operational excellence, amplify our brand recognition, and secure the financial stability necessary to continue our vital work.
